Communication to Parents
Dear Parents,
We have a number of ways in which we communicate with you. We do our very best to ensure that any communication is timely,
proportionate and helpful. Please do ensure that you inform us promptly of any changes to your phone-number or E-mail!
1. SCHOOL JOTTER -Mobile App
Please ensure that you download our Mobile App. This is the main way in which we will communicate with you. We regularly use the App to message parents about events, Masses, Assemblies etc.
The App can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. Search for School Jotter and enter the post code, WF16 9EA. You will recognise the school badge.
Remember to allow push notifications so that you are notified when a message is posted.

2. See-Saw
See-Saw is our platform for communications about your child's work and day-to day progress with your class teacher. Your child's teacher will contact you via E-mail to help you set up on the platform
3. E-Mails
Where possible, we strive to be eco- friendly and to save paper, we e-mail most of our letters to parents UNLESS it includes a reply slip. We have had positive feedback from our parents and 98% of them are happy to receive letters by e-mail. It also means that letters are not lost by being left in school, at after school clubs, in cars etc. We may also use email for individual communication with parents and for the initial set-up on See-Saw- see below).

4. SMS text messaging
We use our text messaging service to text individual parents or year groups with important/ urgent messages.
EMERGENCY SCHOOL CLOSURE
In the event of an emergency school closure- For example because of heavy snow fall, we will notify you by Text and also put out an alert via the Mobile App.
